Performing evaluation is not only a great way to better understand your visitors, it's an excellent tool for refining your own goals and objectives. Evaluation can demonstrate the achievement of outcomes that show what impact an experience has on visitors, as well as help satisfy a funder's desire (or requirement) for accountability.
