R. Girvin-Argon and T. Donahoo, Marts & Lundy, Inc.; M. Conklin, Tucson Botanical Gardens

In this session, moderated by Executive Director of the Tucson Botanical Gardens Michelle Conklin, Marts & Lundy Consultants will give a brief overview and lead a discussion about three key topics of particular interest to APGA members as identified in the recent survey conducted by APGA in conjunction with Marts & Lundy.  Those topics are:  building a powerful and motivating case for support for your Board, younger donors and all your constituents; building an individual giving pipeline that strategically moves members to become donors; and motivating your Board to actively engage in the fundraising process.  Marts & Lundy consultants Tina Donahoo, David Gillig and Rebecca Girvin-Argon have combined fundraising experience of nearly 80 years and have worked with organizations of all sizes to drive results and build a culture of philanthropy.   Participants will leave with specific, actionable ideas to inspire their members, donors and leaders.
